Terms & Conditions

  • Must be eighteen(18) years of age or older to become a member of Royale Palms Casinos
  • Valid photo identification is required for all sign ups and transactions pertaining to Royale Palms Casinos. Only the card holder can make account changes or authorize transactions to Royale Palms Casinos account. Photo ID will be scanned for all members and the name on the Loyalty Club card will be issued exactly like the name appears on the ID.
  • To record play and earn points on slots, the Loyalty Club card must be properly inserted into the card reader. It is the player’s responsibility to make sure card is properly inserted.
  • Management reserves the right to revoke or deny any application for membership or established membership in the Loyalty Club program.
  • Any Loyalty Club member’s points may be removed from their account at the discretion of management to satisfy a customer’s debt to the Royale Palms Casinos (i.e. unpaid hotel charges, unpaid markers, etc.).
  • Loyalty Club members should report any account discrepancies to Management immediately.
  • Points awarded to any account in error (regardless of the reason) will be revoked.
  • Accounts with no activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be considered inactive and all points will be forfeited.
  • Member’s use of the card indicates acceptance of the conditions as stated.
  • All point redemptions are subject to change without notice. Management has the right to modify point redemptions at any time.
  • The Royale Palms Casinos reserves the right to modify or cancel this program, including all benefits, at any time.
